    Did not receive 10% off for the coupon when presented to service rep. Still not satisfied with explanation for a $250.00 flat price basic oil change. Apparently , this is a new fee structure by Circle Chevrolet. The $250.00 flat charge was never explained by the service rep when I dropped my Corvette off for service. Had to send several emails to receive the 10% off.

    I was informed during a service in November that my vehicle had a recall on it and that the dealership would order the necessary parts and inform me when they arrived in order to get the service done. When the parts arrived a post card sized letter arrived with poorly legible ink and no number on it with which to call to schedule my service. I went to the website and called the main number for the shrewsbury ave circle chevy. The first time no one answered and I followed the menu to the service department and left a message with my name and number, there was no return call. I called 3 more times over the next 2 weeks in which a secretary answered and forwarded my call. No one ever answered the service phone nor did they return my messages. Finally I called to speak to the service manager. He as well did not answer my call nor did he respond to my message. I then received a letter stating my parts would be shipped back due to my lack of making contact. At no point did anyone attempt to call me back or email me. I had to physically arrive at the location and interrupt someone on their personal phone to make my appointment. I expressed my dismay about the situation to the individual whom scheduled my appointment the the service member whom wrote up my service ticket the day of, and both ignored and even glossed over my concerns as if they didn't hear me. At no point was I able to speak to or find the service manager. My family and I have purchased over half a dozen cars from this dealership and I hadn't had such a poor experience until now but this was completely unacceptable. At this time I don't believe I ever want to go back.

    perfect I do note however, that other dealerships, ( Ford) will pick up and drop off the auto for the service appointment and then return when complete.
