    Experience at the dealership was really only saved because of how personable/responsive the sales rep Tammy was. She was great given the situation! But I have to give a lower score for the inconvenience: I did the Buy 3 Tires Get 1 Tire for $1 event through the site/email. It allowed me to browse and pick from a wide selection of tires for my car and make the appointment at any dealer near me. I chose this dealer due to their location and appointment availability and made the appointment with my tires 5 days from when I was booking. The site allowed me to pick the tires I wanted and gave an estimated quote. I’m aware the quote is just an estimate, but it ended up being off by a significant amount. Fast forward to the appointment date, my appointment and the order was in the system, but they had no evidence of actually having the tires ordered or being on the way. On top of that, the site quoted $22 per tire for install, but Circle Chevrolet charges $55 per tire (so a $132 difference was kind of a surprise). They said the site is quoting for just installation and doesn’t include mounting and balancing which is kind of silly because how/why would someone install new tires without getting them mounted and balanced? Since I had taken off of work for this, I was in a bind and really wanted the tires that day as planned. Tammy found out that out of all the tires on the site that I was browsing, the only ones available to get shipped and installed in a were a different brand (a little more expensive and All-Season rather than All-Weather like I wanted). However, I was unable to come in again until the weekend. I was able to get a slight discount on those more expensive tires for the inconvenience thanks to Tammy being understanding, but when it was all said and done (labor charges, fees for tire disposal, 3% credit card fee, etc), the total price ended up being similar or even more to what I could have paid for the price of 4 tires by using someone else without a Buy 3 Get 1 deal. I could have: 1. Gotten the exact tires I wanted. 2. Likely received a rebate. 3. Got more cash back through using something like Rakuten (on top of not being charged an extra 3% for using a card) and 4. Got them installed by another shop who doesn’t charge so much for install and on the planned day that I originally wanted. So, lesson learned to not even mess around with the Buy 3 Get 1 deal since the fees at the dealer cancel out the savings. It’s really not even the price that makes me unhappy. It’s the fact that the site allowed me to browse and select the tires I wanted after doing a lot of comparisons and looking into customer reviews only to show up and be told that those tires are unavailable and therefore weren’t able to work on my car when scheduled. So, now I have to hope that these tires hold up well in the NJ winters when the reviews say to expect otherwise. Something from GM to the dealer messed up and they should have let me know that those tires were unavailable. That way I would have been able to choose another tire, dealer, or date to fulfill my needs.

    The reason I came back to Circle is because of Andrew Feldman. I met him quite sometime ago at circle and I never forget how kind he was to me. I don’t live nearby anymore, but you don’t forget the way someone treats you. He was absolutely wonderful helping me pick out my new car. He is such a gentleman and an excellent salesman. You are lucky to have him.

    Why doesn’t your computer automatically tell the person scheduling an oil change that the car was purchased at your dealership? This is the second time I was charged and you had to do a refund. My 23 Blazer only has 7,340 miles at that time so it was only due twice. If your computer told him this would be avoided.

    Where do I start… Miguel is awful. First, he never once called me about the car. I always needed to call in (terrible customer service). Second, the price I was quoted for my battery was $206. When I went to go pay, it was showing up as $350. When I approached him about it he told me he expected me to be “more understanding” about it. He said this three times throughout our conversation, to which I responded “I’m not sure what I’m not understanding. You gave me a price and then changed it. Where I come from that’s called a bait and switch”. (Third) when he called someone to change the price he called me “a nightmare” in front of my face. I’ve been a customer at Circle Chevy for over six years. I’ve brought mine and my wife’s cars in for that time. I’ll never be going back because of Miguel and my experience with him.
